(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner only seeks a better information about the candidates during the election process and had made a representation to the Election Commission on 21.01.2016 which stands disposed of. 2.We are of the view that it is for the Election Commission to consider how best to carry out the election process, more so when we are in the middle of the process.
