PRAYER in W.P.No.20233 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in respect of the provisional list of candidates published in its website on 27.07.2018 for the purpose of certificate verification for the post of Special Teachers Recruitment (Physical Education) and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide priority for the candidates, who are inter caste marriage couples, in the selection to the post of Physical Education Teacher as per the order in G.O.Ms.No.188, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department (Per P) dated 28.12.1976 read with G.O.Ms.No.939 Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department dated 24.09.1986.
