ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report within a stipulated time in Crime No.965 of 2010 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Arani Taluk Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate submitted that final report in this case has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranir. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
