When the matter was taken for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in these criminal original petitions submits that the petitions may be dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had made an endorsement to the bundles, to that effect.

In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these Criminal original petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
