The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 28.10.2022 in W.P. No. 28517 of 2022.

It has been brought to notice that in furtherance to the order dated 28.10.2022, the Respondent by Proceedings in Ka. No. 32/108/Ni7/Tha. Na. Aa. Po.ka(Vi)/2022 dated 17.03.2023 has passed an order and its copy has been placed on record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition. However, if the Petitioner still has any further grievance he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
