The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the 3rd respondent by the III Additional Family Court, Chennai in M.P.No.545 of 2015 in M.C.No.34 of 2015 dated 12.08.2015.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the 3rd respondent by the III Additional Family Court, Chennai in M.P.No.545 of 2015 in M.C.No.34 of 2015 dated 12.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is seen that a non-bailable warrant is pending with the 2nd respondent to arrest the 3rd respondent in M.C.No.34 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2015. The warrant dated 12.08.2018 was issued by the III Additional Family Judge, Family Court, Chennai, in M.P.No.545 of 2015 in M.C.No.34 of 2015 and arrears of maintenance amount is also pending.

4. In view of the above, this Court deems it fit to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the 3rd respondent within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
