This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 22.03.2016 vide CSR No.434/2016 registered and submitted by hand by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 22.03.2016 it is seen that the petitioner has not even stated the date on which the alleged incident had taken place.

Under such circumstances, no positive direction as prayed for by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner can be granted to register an FIR. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
