O R D E R

The petitioner has challenged show cause notice of the respondent bearing Letter Reference No.SCN/310784477/21 dated 18.03.2021 and seeks to quash the same.

2. The aforesaid show cause notice only calls upon the petitioner to tender an explanation in regard to the adverse police report that has been received along with necessary documents to substantiate such explanation, seeking surrender of his passport as well. In so far as the petitioner has himself filed a reply to the notice on 29.12.2021, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer for Certiorari. This writ petition is liable to be dismissed and I do so.

3. The respondent will afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, consider the explanation filed and pass a

speaking order in line with applicable procedures and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
