JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.03.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted to 15.03.2017. On 15.03.2017, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has no instruction from the appellant. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
