When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.03.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted to 15.03.2017. On 15.03.2017, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has no instruction from the appellant.
