ORDER

The petition has been filed calling for the records of the impugned order

vide proceeding No.Ni.Mu.6566/2023/c4 dated 31.07.2025 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. From a mere reading of the impugned order, it is clear that no notice has been given to the petitioner and he has not been heard before the impugned order was passed. Since, the principles of natural justice have not been followed, the impugned order stands quashed and the matter is remitted back to the first respondent. The first respondent shall consider the application afresh and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 20-02-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order ssa
