The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, after arguing for a considerable length of time, this Court expressed its opinion that the writ petitioner has no legal right to claim the post of Junior Assistant on compass ionate ground, in view https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the fact that the writ petitioner was already appointed as a Village Assistant on compassionate ground and continuing in service and the question of again considering him for the post of Junior Assistant on compassionate appointment does not arise in this writ petition.
2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Hence permission is granted. He also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, no order as to costs.
