2. Captioned WMPs have been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with prayers to file single writ petition.

3. Adverting to support affidavit, Mr.B.Arvind Srevatsa, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that the cause of action is common.
