ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2020 and issue patta for the property
bearing plot No.11, Door No.16, 1st Street, Pooni Nagar, Pammal, Chennai 600 075, comprised in S.No.106/1 of Pammal Village, Pallavaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, the property is measuring 2400 Sq.ft., in the petitioners name. 2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents and made a submission on instructions that a preliminary enquiry would be conducted by the third respondent who now proposed to hold an enquiry on 11.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m. at the office of the third respondent and thereafter, he would send his report to the first respondent to enable him to hold further enquiry in the matter and pass appropriate orders.
3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.
4. Accordingly, this Court now directs the third respondent to hold an enquiry on 11.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m. at the office of the third respondent by issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and conclude the matter within a period of eight weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 11.05.2021. Thereafter, he is required to make available his report to the first respondent and the first respondent shall hold an enquiry in the matter and conclude the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
