ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.30 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This anticipatory bail petition is filed for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC for the occurence on 11.02.2022.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they are ready to abide by any condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the injured victim is still in hospital and he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
