O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent-police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on a complaint lodged by one Ramalingam against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent-police.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
