This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant one month ordinary leave without escort to the petitioner namely P.Subramaniyam @ Selva S/o.Palanisamy Life Convict Prisoner, confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore. This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents to grant one month ordinary leave to the petitioner, who is the life convict without escort.

The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for ordinary leave was rejected by the third respondent through proceedings dated 09.03.2021 and the order will be communicated to the petitioner immediately.
3. In view of this development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order of the 3rd respondent in accordance with law.
