The petitioner/accused seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.6 of 2024 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC.

2. It is stated that the defacto complainant had given a complaint that his two wheeler bearing Registration No.TN-15-W-5890 was found missing. Thereafter, on examining CCTV, the respondent had determined that this petitioner was responsible for the theft. The two wheeler had been seized. There are three previous cases as against the petitioner herein.

3. Taking all those factors into consideration and noting that it is a continuous habit of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
