O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the claim of the writ petitioner for disbursement of the National Pension Scheme has not been considered, despite the fact that the writ petitioner is a member of the scheme and also paid the monthly subscription without any default.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that inspite of the request made by the writ petitioner to sanction the National Pension Scheme as per the terms and conditions, no action has been taken in this regard. Thus, the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.

3. Under these circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 14.01.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petitioner is also directed to enclose a copy of the representation and also a fresh representation setting out all the facts and details, to the 2nd respondent along with the order passed in the present writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
