This Court vide order dated 09.04.2019 has directed the District Munsif, Sholinghur, Vellore District to dispose of the suit O.S.No.182 of 2007, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and allowed the above said Civil Revision Petition.

2. This being so, after a lapse of four and half years, the District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur has written a letter to the Registrar General of this Court vide Dis.No.1116/2023 dated 13.09.2023, seeking extension of time for a period of three months in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 09.04.2019, which is not appreciated by this Court, however, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to grant three months extension to dispose of the suit O.S.No.182 of 2007 as directed by this Court dated 09.04.2019.

3. Registry is directed to send a copy of the order to the Principal District Judge, Vellore along with a copy marked to the District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur 18.10.2023 vm
