J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he was informed that the respondent/husband is no more. Further, the children, whose custody is sought for under the petition filed under Section 25 of Guardians and Wards Act, have already attained majority. They were born on 15.10.1997 and 20.01.2000.

2. Considering the present circumstances, I find that nothing survives in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and accordingly, it is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
