Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.05090/C2/E1/2018 dated 15.12.2019 and served on the petitioner on 10.02.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the post of Deputy Inspector of Schools in the Office of the second respondent.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.05090/C2/E1/2018 dated 15.12.2019, which was served on the petitioner on 10.02.2020.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
