A.No.1814 of 2023 in C.S.No.829 of 2016 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J only circulars issued by the Reserve Bank of India and also includes only the statement of account, the respondent/plaintiff should not have any serious objection. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for. However, the documents are allowed to be received as exhibits on the side of defendants subject to admission, proof and relevancy. Post C.S.No.829 of 2016 for filing of affidavit of admission/ denial of documents on 13.01.2025.
