Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and consequently directing him not to interfere in the civil matters by appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that based on the complaint given by one Marasamy, summons was issued to the petitioners to appear before the second respondent police on 10.05.2017 for enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and co-operate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
