Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization of the services as Pharmacist from the date of the initial appointment with all consequential service and monetary benefits thereto. O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed as Pharmacist. She was thereafter terminated. The petitioner was once again appointed and she rejoined duty on 30.05.2001. The petitioner was given time scale of pay by the respondents. However, her services were not regularised resulting in submitting a representation on 12.04.2013. However, there was no follow up action taken by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 12.04.2013 submitted by the petitioner on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 12.04.2013 along with a copy of this order so as enable the first respondent to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
