ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to call for the records pertaining to the Criminal Proceedings in D.V.A.No34 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore and quash the proceedings by allowing this Quash Petition.

2.On 08.02.2019, this Court referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras for amicable settlement. The petitioners and the counter part appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras and have come forward to settle the matter amicably by way of filing the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 25.03.2019.

3.The signed Memo of Compromise dated 25.03.2019 has been filed by the petitioners and the counterpart. All the parties are present and identified by their respective counsel and the Police. This Court also enquired both the parties and was satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 25.03.2019 shall form part and parcel of this Order.
