The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.12.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 397 of IPC, in Crime No.485 of 2022 on file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that the accused have entered into de-facto complainant's massage centre and abused the women employees in a filthy language and attacked them. The further allegation is that by showing knife, they have threatened the de-facto complainant and his employees with dire consequences and also told them that they have to give rowdy mamul every month. Hence the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this is the second bail petition of these petitioners and this Court had earlier dismissed the bail application filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.959 of 2023 vide order dated 27.01.2023. He also submitted that the petitioners are in custody from 02.12.2022. He also submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by
any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are arrayed as A1 and A2 and 12 previous cases of similar nature are pending against the first accused. He further submitted that investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed. He also stated that the earlier bail application filed by these petitioners was dismissed by this Court on 27.01.2023 and also submitted that there is no change of circumstances, thereby, prayed for dismissal of the petition.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the entire materials available on record.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and
taking note of the gravity and nature of the offence and also considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 16.02.2023 ham
