Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of the declaration declaring that the action of the 2nd respondent not allowing the petitioner to write the 6th semester examination is illegal and unjustified when the 2nd respondent college itself has conducted classes only for 196 hours when it ought to have conducted classes for 450 hours to constitute a semester and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to write the 6th semester examinations and thereafter to publish the results.
