This Civil Revision Petition was came up for admission on 18.03.2015, thereafter, the case is listed today i.e (on 23.09.2021), after the period of six years and none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the eighth respondent was passed away and the Revision Petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the legal heirs of the eighth respondent, which shows that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending any more. 2/4
