Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order i.e., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8541 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17245/2020 ordered on 23.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. U.KATHIRAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17245 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.371 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
