submitted that all the 100% shares of the Air India Limited were transferred to M/s. Talace Pvt. Ltd. Therefore, the present Writ petition will not lie and becomes infructuous.
4. This Writ petition is filed as against the Air India Limited directing the 2nd respondent to facilitate and co-operate to conduct elections of the Southern, Eastern and Hyderabad regions and now the entire 100% of shares of AIR India Ltd., were transferred in the name of M/s.Talace Pvt. Ltd., hence the main petition itself becomes infructuous. Recording the above said submission, this Writ petition is dismissed as 'infructuous'. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
