U.KATHIRAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.450 of 2021 dated 18.01.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.450 of 2021 dated 18.01.2021, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
