Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2013 in the light of the Judgment made in O.S.No.105 of 2010 by the District Munsif Court, Gudiyatham and thereby, direct the fit person to handover the administration of the Temple to the petitioner within a strict time frame fixed by this Court.
