(1) to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in Na. Ka. No. D2 / 131/ 2020 dated 27.1.2020 and quash the same and direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty at the office of the respondent (in WP.3653/2020) and;

(2) to stay the impugned order of the respondent in Na. Ka. No. D2 / 131/ 2020 dated 27.1.2020 (in WMP.4304/2020) pending disposal of the above WP.3653/2020 respectively. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.MANOJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.V.PRABHU, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Mr.V.Prabhu, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

2.Post this case after four weeks. In the mean time, there shall be an order of interim stay.
