As seen from the same, the parties have amicably resolved the dispute amongst themselves. 2.In view of the same, these applications will have to be closed and the unnumbered Execution Petition will have to be rejected. In terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 24.03.2025, these applications are closed and the un-numbered Execution Petition is rejected. The Settlement Agreement dated 24.03.2025 shall form part of this order.
