The Original Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act seeking Succession Certificate relating to the debts of Mrs. Kasidevi Mehta, who had died intestate.

2. A learned Single Judge of this Court had directed that the Succession Certificate can be granted by order dated 08.04.2022. Succession Certificate had also been issued by the Registry. When the same was furnished to the offices where the debts were lying, it had been informed that the share certificate numbers and distinctive numbers are not properly reflected. Therefore, this application has been filed seeking to amend the schedule wherein the share certificate numbers and distinctive numbers were given in the petition. Taking into consideration all factors, the application stands allowed.
