ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing directing the 2nd respondent, namely, the Work Manager, Office of the Government Central Press, Chennai to consider petitioner representation dated 10.04.2025 in respect of petitioner's widow pension representation.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2025 within a specified time.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2nd respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.
5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
