Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19320 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19320 of 2021 by an order dated 20.10.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting twice in a month instead of daily at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. till filing of the final report.
