This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23463 of 2021 dated 06.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 06.12.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.23463 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on first working day of every month at 10.00a.m., till filing of the final report.
