ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file charge sheet in FIR No.244 of 2016 pending on his file.
2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has already been completed in FIR No.244 of 2016 and charge sheet is also made ready. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time for filing the said charge sheet before the Court concerned.
