2. In the letter dated 07.11.2023, the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore has not assigned any reason for seeking extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(PD).No.1185 of 2015, dated 24.03.2021. Therefore, the Registry is directed to get remarks from the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore as to why the order dated 24.03.2021 has not been complied with, inspite of the fact direction issued by this Court came to his knowledge as early as 12.07.2022.
