J., This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 10.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3107 of 2025, has granted bail to the petitioner. He further submitted that in the said order at paragraph No.7, the satisfaction Court name has been wrongly mentioned as learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, instead of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, and the same requires to be rectified. Thus he prayed for suitable directions and also sought for extension of time to furnish the surety.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to issue order copy afresh forthwith, by correcting the satisfaction Court name as learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, at paragraph No.7 of the order.

4. Further, time to furnish surety is extended by a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
