On 27.03.2015, notice as well as private notice was ordered/permitted returnable by 20.04.2015. It is seen from the Order Sheet that, after the said date, the matter was not listed and the same is listed before this Court today. When the matter is called today, none appeared for the revision petitioner. Notice in respect of the first respondent is yet to be served for want of correct address. So far as the second respondent is concerned, he is represented by his counsel.

2. This Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2015, and for the past six years, the revision petitioner has not taken any steps to get the matter listed, which per se shows that the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep this matter pending any more. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
