Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the fifth respondent made in letter No.B1/871/17 dated 06.04.2017 and quash the same and

consequently direct the fifth respondent to determine the compensation payable to the sixth respondent as and when the application is made by the sixth respondent under the provisions of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923.
