ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.113 fo 2023, pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed before Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur. A copy of the final report was also furnished to the Court.
