..Respondents in all Crl.OPs Common Prayer:- Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint against the 3rd respondent in pursuance of the written complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 20.03.2015, 23.02.2015, 23.02.2015, 25.02.2015, 23.02.2015 respectively. For Petitioner :Mr.K.Sivakumar [in all Crl.OPs.]

For Respondents :Mr.C.Emalias [in all Crl.OPs.] Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These Criminal Petitions have been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint against the 3rd respondent in pursuance of the written complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 20.03.2015, 23.02.2015, 23.02.2015, 25.02.2015, 23.02.2015 respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioners had sent the complaints by post to the Hon'ble Chief Minister and to other dignitaries. Therefore, no directions can be given as prayed for by the petitioners. These petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to lodge a written complaint in person before the Inspector of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Kancheepuram, and on such complaint being lodged, the Police shall enquire into the complaints in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh & Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and take action accordingly. With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
