O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to survey the land belonging to the petitioner based on the application made by the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the application given by the petitioner has been taken on file and the enquiry is fixed on 19.03.2020. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is directed to be present for the enquiry along with all the necessary documents and a decision shall be taken for the survey of the property belonging to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the respondent to hear the petitioner and peruse the documents and thereafter undertake the survey. shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
