2. The suit is filed for specific performance and these applications have been filed consequent to the death of the first plaintiff and the defendants 1 and 2. Unless these applications are disposed and the legal heirs of the deceased parties are brought on record in the interest of justice, further proceedings in this matter is not possible.

3. Considering the legal formalities to be complied, these applications are allowed.
