O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the F.C.I.D.O.P. No.58 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu to the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly admitted the facts that presently the petitioner is working in Chennai and her mother is residing at Tirunelveli, this Court is not inclined to transfer the petition. The reason cited before this Court that the petitioner's mother residing at Tirunelveli is not at all a ground for transfer and therefore, the same is rejected. Though the convenience of the parties has to be considered in the Tr.C.M.P. Cases, the petitioner cannot seek transfer in the present case on the ground that her mother is

residing in Tirunelveli. Therefore, it is not a fit case for transfer. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.3819 of 2019 is closed. -Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CO) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar vga To 1.The Judge Family Court at Chengalpattu.
