The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order in No.Ka.Enn.Sae.Po/E & Pa/Thiru/Ko.Pugar/A.Enn.211/2019 dated 19.03.2019 and consequently, direct the respondent herein to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner for his agricultural motor pump at Survey No.44/3, Pyvallasa Village either under the normal free scheme or under the revised self financing schemes (RSFS) within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Standing Counsel submitted that during pendency of this writ petition, the electricity service connection was effected in favour of the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also accepted the submission of the learned Standing Counsel.
