'Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 to R3 and would submit that enquiry in this matter is on-going. He would further assure the Court that if obstructions are found, the same will be attended to and removed expeditiously and in any event, within 48 hours from now.

2.Petitioner is called absent when the matter is called today. However, Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents would circulate written instructions confirming that the directions of the Court have been complied with, the obstructions found were removed and the petitioner and the private respondent, who appear to be engaged in a continuing saga of private disputes have been advised to desist from such acts in the future.
